The Right Plan for Your W2 Workout: Transitioning toward Consumer Driven Health Care Plans
Do the ABC’s of HSA’s and FSA’s seem more confusing than a new Zumba class?
Are you looking to change up your health plans, but not sure which will “pump you up?”
The move to consumer driven health plans with their attendant HSA’s and limited use FSA’s touches many aspects of benefit and payroll administration. This presentation will review the different account types and the strategies for selecting the right account type to pair with your company’s High Deductible Health Plan. We will also touch on the various challenges you can expect to face when adding a consumer driven health plan to a current plan lineup, including communication concerns, system set-up, participant tax implications, financial accounting processes and payroll processes.

A little about Wreaths Across America: The mission, Remember, Honor and Teach, is carried out in part by coordinating wreath laying ceremonies on a specified Saturday in December at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as veteran cemeteries and other locations in all 50 states and beyond. They organize a week of events including international veteran's tributes, ceremonies at State Houses and a week-long "Veteran's Parade" between Maine and Virginia where they stop along the way to spread the message about the importance of remembering our fallen heroes, honoring those who serve, and teaching our children about the sacrifices made by veterans and their families to preserve our freedoms.
